The Total hydrocarbons and hydrogen sampling and analysis system is mainly used to detect the total hydrocarbon content and hydrogen content in gas components during continuous testing processes. The device is equipped with gas sampling, preprocessing, and regulating components, which can perform multi-stage processing on the test sample gas to stabilize it and allow it to enter the analyzer and sensor for automatic detection. The analyzer and sensor then output signals to be connected to other collection instruments, achieving data collection and recording. The total hydrocarbon and hydrogen gas analysis device can be used for lithium battery performance testing, as well as for gas component detection and scientific research in other industries. The device consists of a sampling system, preprocessing system, and analysis system, and can be applied to the UL9540A testing standard.

· Sampling probe: The sampling probe is embedded in the sampling smoke pipe of the equipment. The sampling probe is made of stainless steel material and is durable for a long time. It is connected to the sampling smoke pipe through a flange or threaded structure and fixed and sealed, making it easy to disassemble and clean. There is a row of small holes in the center of one side of the sampling probe for sampling, and the sampling holes are facing away from the direction of wind speed flow, preventing dust from burning and clogging.
· The gas pretreatment device includes structures such as filtration, extraction, condensation, drying, and sample gas regulation, and adopts the design concept and manufacturing process of professional air separation equipment; Made entirely of stainless steel pipes to ensure service life and eliminate concerns about aging and damage to the pipes.
· The filtration device is divided into three stages of filtration, which can filter particles with a size greater than 0.2μm. The consumables cost of each filtration device is low and easy to replace.
· Imported Thomas vacuum pump is used for sampling and continuous extraction analysis of process gas. The working pressure of the pump body is 7 Kg and the pressure is 0.7MPA. ·

· The condensation system uses a condenser and a peristaltic pump for condensation and water removal, and selects a professional gas analysis condenser from an imported brand. What is the condensation efficiency of a heat exchanger made of dual channel DURAN glass? The preset gas outlet temperature is about 5 ℃, and the dew point stable temperature is about 0.1 ℃. A peristaltic pump is used to pump and analyze the condensed water in the gas by alternately squeezing and releasing the pump tube; Can run dry without being contaminated.
· The hydrocarbon analyzer is a high specification online analysis system based on flame ionization detector (FID), which can measure trace total hydrocarbons (THC).
· Provide sturdy, durable, and high-precision solutions to ensure close monitoring of flammable gas groups.
· The range of the hydrogen analyzer defined by UL 9540A standard is equipped with a hydrogen sensor with a range of 0.5-100%, an accuracy of 0.3%, and a drift of 0.2%. The equipment is integrated into a standard control cabinet, which is aesthetically pleasing and easy to operate. The data can be connected to the main control system for processing.
