The lithium battery heating system is mainly used to meet the UL 9540A thermal runaway control test for battery cells.This system has two forms of heating: constant power heating and constant rate heating, which can meet various temperature control requirements. Real time display and recording of parameters such as voltage, current, power, and temperature of heating elements can be achieved, and data tables can be exported according to demand. This system can also be used for heating control and monitoring of other electric heating elements, and the load power can be customized.


The lithium battery heating system consists of

· Adopting an integrated control box with a built-in 7-inch touch screen, the surface of the control box is treated with metal PTFE, which is beautiful and easy to clean and maintain.

· It can achieve constant power heating control and constant rate heating slope control.

· The system is equipped with a dedicated power monitoring meter that can collect real-time parameters such as voltage, current, and power.

· Voltage display accuracy is 0.1V, current display accuracy is 0.001A, power display accuracy is 0.1W, and electrical signal measurement accuracy is ± 0.5%.

· The default configuration of the instrument at the factory is a heating power of 2.5KW, and the maximum heating power can be customized to 8KW.

·  The system is equipped with SIEMENS PLC control system and temperature acquisition module to achieve functional control and data acquisition.

·  Configure imported OMEGA K-type armored thermocouple with a diameter of 1.5mm and a temperature display accuracy of 0.1 ℃.

·  The stability accuracy of constant power heating power is ≤ 1% of the set value.

·  The linear slope deviation of temperature rise is ≤ 3%, and the temperature stability control accuracy is ≤ 1 ℃.

·  The program has built-in functions such as real-time display and recording of data curves for voltage, current, power, temperature, etc.

·  It is equipped with USB data export interfaces and Ethernet connection interfaces, supporting real-time data export and remote control.
